Funeral services for Lawrence Waters, a former resident of Pattonsburg and Coffey, will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, June 22, 1999, at Roberson Funeral Home, Bethany. Burial will be at Coffey Cemetery. Friends may call after 2 p.m. Monday at the funeral home where the family will receive friends after 7 p.m.

Lawrence Waters, 95, Scottsdale, Ariz., died June 13, 1999, in Scottsdale.

Mr. Waters, a retired farmer and stockman, was a former resident of Pattonsburg and Coffey.

He was a member of the Christian Church, Coffey.

Survivors include his wife, Effie, Scottsdale, Ariz.; one son, Marvin, Scottsdale, Ariz.; one daughter Betty Ellis; seven grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
