Arah Shelton, daughter of David and Pam Shelton of Gallatin, has been chosen to perform in the National Intercollegiate Band July 25-Aug. 1 in St. Louis. Arah was chosen to perform out of 157 submitted audition tapes.
Dr. David Waybright, Director of Bands at the University of Florida, will be conducting the performance. Arah also was chosen to be saxophone section leader for the SMSU Pride Band for the upcoming fall marching season.
