Chandler appointed to executive post

Century 21 Real Estate Corporation, franchiser of the world’s largest residential real estate system, announced today the appointment of Debra Chandler as Vice President, Customer and Field Marketing. This position entails developing broker level strategies and initiatives that provide a seamless integration of national brand-building activity with local and regional programs. Mrs. Chandler is the daughter of Cliff and Lois Agenstein, Gallatin.

Prior to joining Century 21 headquarters in Parsippany, N.J., Mrs. Chandler worked for Century 21 as Regional Services Director responsible for the Mid-Atlantic states and was instrumental in developing cooperative marketing promotions, promoting alliances within the CENTURY 21 System, and facilitating franchise mergers and acquisitions.

Mrs. Chandler started with Century 21 Real Estate Corporation 10 years ago as Director of Recruiting. In that position she was responsible for recruitment and training, along with increasing the Commercial Investment Network brand extension. Mrs. Chandler is currently pursuing accreditation as a certified commercial investment member. In addition, she has emceed the CENTURY 21 International Convention Awards Ceremony for over three years and is a public speaker on a national basis for Century 21 Real Estate Corporation. Mrs. Chandler, a 1974 graduate of Jameson High School, earned her bachelor’s degree in marketing from Northwest Missouri State University.
