Sunday being Mother’s Day, it was a special day and we honored all the mothers who were present with a token of our love and appreciation. Bro. John sang a special entitled “In Heaven’s Eyes.” Bro. Gary Caldwell also sang and then read a poem that he had written. Bro. John then brought a message from I Samuel 1:1-8, entitled “Motherhood, A Gift From God.”
At evening worship we sang songs and spoke of our prayer list and prayed. The theme for the evening was on being a servant. Bro. John circled us around Galatians 5:13 and 6:1-8. We thank the Lord for our guests this week.
