NOTICE TO CREDITORS OF THE HOWARD L. LARKIN REVOCABLE TRUST AGREEMENT, DATED JULY 26, 1990, AS AMENDED.

To all persons interested in the Estate or Trust of Howard L. Larkin, deceased.

Whereas, Howard L. Larkin died on April 14, 1999.

The undersigned, DONALD J. LARKIN, is the duly appointed and acting SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE of the Howard L. Larkin Revocable Trust Agreement dated July 26, 1990, as Amended, under the terms of which provide that the debts of the decedent may be paid by the SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE upon the receipt of proper proof thereof. The address of the SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE is Route 4, Chillicothe, Missouri 64601.

All creditors of said decedent or of said Trust Agreement, as Amended, are notified to present their claims to the undersigned SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE within six (6) months from the date of the first publication of this Notice or be forever barred.
