Funeral services for Lloyd Philips were held April 25 at Whitaker-Eads Funeral Home, Trenton. Burial was at Independent Order of Odd Fellows Cemetery, Edinburg.

Lloyd G. Philips, 92, Trenton, died April 23, 1999, at a health-care center in Trenton.
Mr. Philips was born in Trenton. He farmed all of his married life in the Jamesport area. He was a member of the Jamesport Methodist Church.
In 1929, he married Nelle Robinson in Edinburg. She died in 1995.
Mr. Philips was also preceded in death by a sister, Hazel Grisamore.
Survivors include several nieces and nephews.
