A visitation for Dee Scott is scheduled from 6-7 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 5 at Whitaker Eads Funeral Home of Trenton. Her body will be cremated after the visitation with inurnment at a future date at the Gilman Masonic Cemetery in Gilman City. Memorial donations are suggested to the Gilman City Masonic Cemetery and may be left with or mailed to the funeral home.

Dee Ann Scott, 80, Trenton, died Dec. 2, 2018, at Sunnyview Nursing Home in Trenton.
Dee Ann Scott was born June 2, 1938, in rural Gilman City to Raymond and Amanda (Turney) Crump. She graduated from Gilman City High School and received a General Education Degree from Trenton Junior College. In the early 1970s she was united in marriage to Larry Eugene Scott which ended in divorce.
She was preceded in death by her parents, a brother Jim Crump, and a sister Donnie Marie Crump.
Survivors include her son, Larry Michael Scott and wife Deanna of Trenton; stepdaughter, Kim Holloway and husband Marvin of Trenton; five grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
