On Jan. 26, 48 Gallatin FCCLA members competed in the Region 2 STAR Events competition in Trenton. Students Taking Action with Recognition is competitive events in which FCCLA members are recognized for proficiency and achievement in chapter and individual projects, leadership skills and occupational preparation. Of those members who participated in the regional STAR Events, 43 are advancing to the State STAR Events competition, March 11-13, in Osage Beach. The GHS FCCLA STAR Events results are as follows:
