4 pm – Daviess County Sheriff’s Office (SO) arrested Toni Lee Intrery, 47, Altamont, on a Daviess County warrant for bond violation on original charges of pursue/take wildlife, misdemeanor A, tampering with evidence, misdemeanor A, and resisting arrest, misdemeanor A. Intrery was transported to DDCRJ. Bond is set at $25,000.
4:43 pm – Harrison County advising that they have Sarah Pickren, 21, Bethany, in custody on a Daviess County Warrant. Pickren was transported to DDCRJ where the warrant was served with charges of probation violation on original charges of theft, felony C. Bond is denied.
8:43 pm – Jefferson Bus Lines driver having problems with passenger but was not sure exactly where he was. SO and MSHP en route to I-35 to assist if needed.
8:53 pm – Report of high winds and heavy rain in Pattonsburg area.
9:01 pm – Caller advised that tree fell on back part of their house. No injuries.
9:05 pm – Out with bus on I-35 at the 65mm. All is OK.

12:47 am-MSHP arrested Deborah Scott, 63, Altamont, for DWI. Scott was issued a summons and transferred to DDCRJ for 12-hour detoxification hold.
4:51 am – Telephone pole down and on fire on 330th Street south of Jamesport.
8:24 pm – Sheriff out at Winston School.
1:12 pm – Sheriff out at Pattonsburg School.
3:37 pm – Verbal dispute in Coffey.
4:30 pm – Minor vehicle accident on Highway 190 south of Jamesport, handled by SO.
9:50 pm – Lake Viking Security requesting assistance with possible domestic situation.
10:49 pm – Head-on collision on Highway 13 in Gallatin.
10:53 pm – Fight in progress at tavern in Gallatin.
10:58 pm – Closed bar for night and all is OK.

5:40 pm – Several 911 calls regarding subject laying in ditch along side of I-35 at the 69mm.
6:27 pm – Subject from above is OK. MSHP is giving him a ride to Bethany.
8:04 pm – Caller advising that they were threatened by individual for littering.
8:10 pm – Second caller regarding above from subject who made threats stating they just wanted trash picked up left by person who was changing flat tire near his property.

2:24 pm – Above subject has been taken to hospital.
3:30 pm – Complaint of person fishing from bridge and blocking roadway.
4:09 pm – Subject wanting to file report for harassment.
