Hwy. 13 open north of Coffey

MO 13 had been closed for a bridge replacement project at the Little Cypress Creek bridge since Oct. 31. The bridge located north of Coffey approximately one mile opened to traffic on Dec. 13.

This bridge project was completed under the Missouri Safe & Sound Bridge Improvement Program which will improve 802 of Missouri’s bridges by the end of 2013. In Daviess County, 15 bridges will be replaced or rehabilitated. Eleven of the 15 bridge projects have been completed. The four remaining bridge projects are scheduled for completion in 2012.
