Green Hills Community Action Agency is pleased to announce the newly formed position of Deputy Director will be filled by Sandra Holt Williams.

The role will be a return to Community Action for Sandra, who worked previously with Green Hills, taking on several responsibilities over 11 years, such as Community Services Director and Administrative Assistant. During her previous time here, she assisted with human resource issues, wrote many agency policies, and oversaw the operation of the county outreach system.
Recently, Williams served North Central Missouri College as the Director of Continuing Education, a role in which she was responsible for continuing education, adult education and literacy, as well as dual credit and business and industry programs. She holds a Bachelors of Science degree from the University of Central Missouri in Broadcast Journalism and Speech Communication.
Sandra is also a certified life coach and a graduate of the Professional Christian Life Coaching Academy. She runs her own business, Coaching for Life, which helps individuals set goals and then take steps toward accomplishing them.
As GHCAA Deputy Director, Sandra will lead the day-to-day operations of the agency’s human resources functions as well as strive to ensure agency activities are in compliance with all applicable grants and contracts. She will also help to develop and implement an agency wide training plan.
