On Sept. 4 it was “National Waffle Week” and we attempted to make waffles. Next time it will be better. I’ll read the instructions first.
Sept. 6 was festival movie day.
Sept. 9 the Gallatin Methodist Church brought the afternoon worship service.
We had a “Little House on the Prairie” day and watched “The Christmas They Never Forgot.”
The September birthdays are Winona Whitfield on Sept. 6; Patricia Rogers on Sept. 9; and Goldena Macrander on Sept. 23.
On Sept. 27 and 28, from 8 a.m.-4 p.m., we are having a “White Elephant Sale.” Take what you want and give what you want. Donations will go to the activity fund. There will be some real treasures so be sure and come and see what we have.
If anyone would like to donate items for this, please have them here by Sept. 24.
