Monday: closed for Memorial Day; Tuesday: ham, sweet potatoes, green beans, hot bread, fruit dessert; Wednesday: pork, au graten potatoes, broccoli, fruit crisp; Thursday: spaghetti, meat balls, lettuce salad, hot bread, pudding. Friday: chicken, potatoes, gravy, carrots, peas, fruit gelatin.
