Dave Stark, past president of the society, and in association with the Daviess County Genealogical Society (DCGS) spoke to the representatives from four counties. Following a short business meeting by the DCGS, Dave peppered the audience with information and even stories with humor, telling about the local battles, units, and heroes of the county during the dark days of the Civil War. We congratulate the Tree Climbers, for the renewed interest and progress they are making in the preservation of Pattonsburg family histories.
