Circle of Life Community Hospice and Palliative Care announces an event planned to raise awareness about hospice and palliative care. World Hospice Day is planned for Saturday, Oct. 8, at Dockery Park in Gallatin from noon to 7 p.m.
There will be live entertainment provided by Elsea Smith Band from 3-6 p.m., children’s attractions, eats and drinks, special events and a “remembrance memorial” at 6:30 p.m. with a dove release.
All proceeds will go towards the Circle of Life and Wishing Upon A Star non-profit foundation. For more information, contact the circle of Life office at 866-258-3569.
