James Lewis, bridge supervisor, met with the commission reporting routine maintenance and tube replacements.

David Tolen reported having received $1,894.22 from Hazardous Materials Emergency Preparedness, to be used for training and equipment.

Danny Heldenbrand had to be absent for a portion of the meeting for jury duty.

Bills were audited and paid.

At 10 a.m., the commission met with representatives of Boone Construction Company and Harrington and Cortelyou, engineers, at the site of BRO(23) for a final inspection. The bridge was accepted contingent upon drainage issues being corrected. The engineer will oversee the corrections and meet with the Missouri Department of Transportation officials for approval.

Kevin Heldenbrand, sheriff, met with the commission regarding prisoner transportation issues.

Dick Carpenter, Harrison Township, contacted the commission with questions regarding rights-of-way on township roads.
