Two people from the area received minor injuries in an accident that happened at about 4:22 p.m. on June 1, at Hwy. 6 and Hwy. 146 about three miles west of Trenton.

Kidder Woman Seriously Injured in Accident

Alison Calton, 68, Kidder, received serious injuries in an accident that happened at about 1 p.m. on May 29 in Caldwell County.

According the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Ms. Calton was westbound on Barwick Road, about five miles southwest of Hamilton, when she lost control of her 2007 Dodge Caravan on a washed out area of the road. Her vehicle slid off the south side of the roadway and struck

Jameson Woman Overturns Vehicle on Hwy. M

Sheila Seager, 63, Jameson, received moderate injuries in an accident that happened at about 2:35 p.m. on May 12 in Daviess County.

According to the highway patrol, Ms. Seager was traveling westbound on Hwy. M driving a 1997 Ford F150. About seven miles north of Breckenridge, she ran off the north side of the road, overcorrected, traveled down the embankment and started to slide. Her pickup returned to the road

Four Area People Injured in Accident on Hwy 6

Four local people were injured in an accident that happened at about 11:21 a.m. on May 1, one mile west of Jamesport on Hwy. 6. According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the accident occurred as Robert Collins, 49, Gallatin, was eastbound on Hwy. 6 and Daisy McKiddy, 84, Jamesport, was westbound.

Cameron Woman Taken by Life Flight After Accident

Alicia Baker, 30, Cameron, received serious injuries and was taken by Life Flight Eagle to Mosaic Life Care in St. Joseph, after being involved in a one-vehicle accident at about 2:45 p.m. on Thursday, April 30, in Daviess County.

Kidder Woman in Accident with Patrol Car

A Bridgeton man received minor injuries in a two-vehicle accident involving a patrol car  at about 7:03 p.m. on April 8 in Clinton County.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Daniel Landi, 48, Kidder, a patrolman with Troop H, was driving the 2014 Ford Explorer patrol car eastbound on Hwy. 116, about three miles east of Lathrop.

Fatality Accident Near Chillicothe

This morning at 7:35 a.m. in Livingston County, north of Wheeling, a vehicle driven east by Penny Anderson, 44, of Wheeling, struck a horse-drawn buggy driven by 10-year-old Joshua Leinbach (who was carrying two younger sisters). Joshua was thrown from the buggy and pronounced dead at 8:31 a.m. All others involved in the accident were carried to Hedrick Medical Center by emergency services, with injuries ranging from minor to serious.

Ridgeway Man Fatally Injured in Accident

An 82-year-old Ridgeway man was fatally injured in an accident that happened at about 6:30 p.m. on March 2.

According to the state patrol, Robert Chandler, 82, Ridgeway, was driving a 1999 Oldsmobile 88 southbound in the northbound passing lane of I-35 about two miles south of Bethany.
