Gerald D. Kimler 1952-2014

Gerald “Jerry” Dale Kimler, 62, Cameron passed away on August 30, 2014.

Jerry was born on January 27, 1952, in St. Joseph, to Dale William and June Ruth (Vey) Kimler. They preceded him in death.

On May 12, 1973, Jerry married Linda Nicholson in Turney.

Jerry was saved by Jesus Christ on December 14, 1980. He was a member of the First Baptist Church, Gallatin.

Gladys Fay Litsch 1921-2014

Gladys F Litsch, 93, passed away August 26, 2014, in Citrus Heights, Calif. Gladys was born in Jameson, and graduated from Gallatin High School in 1940. Sacramento was her home for over 70 years.

She will be greatly missed by children, Robert L. Litsch of Sacramento and Betty Miller and husband Tom Miller of Fair Oaks, Calif. Remembered by grandchildren Erick Glebov, Christine Gray, Stacie Hennecke, Dawn Linder and Korby

Betty Jean Zerbe 1925-2014

Betty Jean Zerbe, 89, Bethany, passed away August 27, 2014, at a Bethany nursing home.

She was born May 8, 1925, in Harrison County, the son of John Raymond and Bea (Eaton) Bogue.

Jack Dean White 1936-2014

Jack Dean White, 78, Hamilton, passed away on August 22, 2014, at the Cameron Regional Medical Center. He had moved to Hamilton in 1991, previously living in Kansas City.

Leanora Harris 1915-2014

Graveside service for Leanora Harris will be held Saturday, Aug. 23, 2014, at Platte City Cemetery. Arrangements: Vaughn Funeral Home, Weston.

Leanora Ruth Harris, 99, died Aug. 20, 2014.

She was born March 31, 1915, to James Franklin and Laura Jane (Patton) Brown.

She married Thomas Glenn Harris Sr. in 1930, and he preceded her in death.

Donna Ellen Wornell 1946-2014

Donna Ellen Wornell, 68, McFall, passed away August 19, 2014, at her home.

She was born July 2, 1946, in Maywood, Calif., the daughter of Dale and Imogene Ruth (Gay) Roberts. Donna was one of 5 daughters, including Dale, Pauline, Martha, and Gay Kathleen.

On April 17, 1999, Donna married the love of her life, Jack Wornell. As the family says, “They chased each other around for years.”

Betty Polley 1931-2014

Betty Maxine Schlander Polley, 83, Gilman City, was born April 30, 1931, and died Aug. 13, 2014.

When she was two years old, she moved to New Hampton, to live with her grandparents, Joe and Ida Patrick. After her grandmother became disabled, she moved to Bethany to live with her mother. She attended Bethany School and graduated in the class of 1949.

Reva June Lupfer 1940-2014

Reva June Lupfer, 73, McFall, passed away August 11, 2014, at a St. Joseph hospital.

Reva was born October 3, 1940, in Daviess County, the daughter of Ralph Ott and Vera (Campbell) Shreckengaust.

On December 23, 1958, she married Billy David Lupfer in McFall. He preceded her in death on June 17, 2007. She was also preceded in death by her parents; sister, Marjorie Thomas and brother, James Shreckengaust.
