Our father Robert J. (Scheffer) Lounsbery joined our mother, Mary Margaret, and our brother, Mike, in heaven Jan. 29. Services will be Saturday, Feb. 4, 2017 at Mary Immaculate Church in Gallatin, with Visitation at 10:30 a.m., Rosary at 11:30 a.m. and Mass at Noon with Father Bob Rost officiating. Memorial contributions may be made to Northcare Hospice or Holy Angels Perpetual Adoration Chapel in Basehor Kan. c/o McWilliams Funeral

Darlene Dunlap 1936-2017

Funeral services for Darlene Dunlap were held Jan. 30, at Turner Family Funeral Home in Stewartsville, with burial at Winston cemetery. Memorial contributions can be made to Second Harvest Community Food Bank.

Darlene Dunlap, 80, died on Jan. 26, 2017, at LaVerna Village in Savannah.

Darlene was born on Nov. 18, 1936, in Altamont, to Carl McFee and Louese (Calhoon) McFee.

Wanda Sims d. Jan. 23, 2017

The family will hold a memorial service for Wanda Sims at 1:30 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 4, at the Gilman City Community Center, Gilman City. Private inurnment will be at a later date. Donald D. Carter, Sr. 1937-2017

Donald D. Carter, Sr. “Donnie”, 79, of Bethany, (formerly of Pattonsburg and Coffey) passed away Jan.29, 2017 at Mosaic Life Care, St. Joseph, Mo.

He was born on Feb. 22, 1937 in Pattonsburg, the son of Dutch and Daisey Carter.

On April 14, 1962 he married Wanda Cole in Coffey. She survives of the home.

Donald served in the United States Navy and worked as a bulldozer operator for Everett

James H. Everly, 79, of Pattonsburg, departed this life Jan. 24, 2017 in Bethany.

He was born March 20, 1937 near Jameson, the oldest of five children born unto John Maxwell Everly and Edra Caryl (Long) Everly. They preceded him in death.

Willa L. Fowler, 71, of Gallatin passed away Jan. 21, 2017 at NorthCare Hospice House.  Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 28, 2017 at McWilliams Funeral Home in Gallatin. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Friends may call after 11 a.m. on Friday. Donald Klingensmith 1923-2017

Celebration of Life for Donald Klingensmith was held Tuesday, Jan. 24, at Heaton-Bowman-Smith & Sidenfaden Chapel. Interment was at Mt. Auburn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials to the National Kidney Foundation.

Don was born on Sept. 30, 1923, in Jamesport, to Jess and Opal (Rathburn) Klingensmith.
