Time to Get Rolling for Farm Bureau Tractor Cruise

The 2015 Keep Missouri Farming Tractor Cruise sponsored by the Missouri Farm Bureau Foundation for Agriculture will take place July 18, rain or shine.

Drivers will take a scenic 37-mile journey through Caldwell and Daviess Counties, starting and ending at the Caldwell County Steam Engine Fairgrounds, 834 Northwest Osage Drive in Hamilton. Check in is at 8 a.m. Driver’s meeting is at 9:30 a.m. Start time is at 10 a.m.

GHS Presents Groom Has Cold Feet

The 2015 Gallatin High School Drama Club will be presenting the murder mystery The Groom Has Cold Feet by Martin A. Follose. The play will be at the Courtier Theater on Thursday, April 23, and Friday, April 24, at 6 p.m. both nights. The cost for admission is $5.

Spring Concert at Trenton LDS

The Trenton Branch of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is having a Spring Concert at 7 p.m. on Saturday, May 2, at the Trenton Branch (2930 Oklahoma Avenue, Trenton).

Performers will include Trenton High School Gold Rush, the Tim Ritchie family, The Merry Melody Messengers (from God’s Garden Church) and other ensemble groups. Everyone is invited, and refreshments will be served.

Savannah Lee made her TV debut March 31 on KC Live, 41 Action News, modeling for Standard Style, the boutique she works at on The Plaza in Kansas City. Savannah is the daughter of Toni and David Cox of Jamesport. Savannah modeled Easter and Spring styles, wearing a white tank, white blazer and silk, floral pants.

Pre-School, Kindergarten Screenings at Winston

Screenings will be held on Thursday, April 16, for students who plan to enter preschool or kindergarten next fall. Grand River Valley Choir, Orchestra Starts Up

The Grand River Valley Choir and Orchestra is holding registration and rehearsals for their summer concert. If you’d like to participate:

Rehearsals begin Tuesday, April 7 (registration at 6 p.m.), and run Tuesday nights from 6:30-8:30 p.m. (Participation fee $10.)

Practices are at Hodge Presbyterian, 315 W Crowder Rd., Trenton.
