1:36 pm – Deputies and fire department assisting with emergency call at courthouse. Three people stuck in the elevator.

1:50 pm – Report of trespassing on property on Highway AA between Pattonsburg and McFall.

3:06 pm – People are out of the elevator.

1:50 pm – Sheriff out at residence.

3:20 pm – Daviess County Sheriff’s Office (SO) took Brittany A. Karstens into custody on a failure to appear warrant on original charges of non-support, misdemeanor A. Bond is set at $2,500 cash. Karstens was transported to DDCRJ.

9:20 am – Jessica Henderson, 18, Coffey, turned herself in on Daviess County charges of 3rd degree assault. She posted $1,000 cash bond and was released. The charges stem from an incident that occurred in November.

4:50 am – Report of semi in the ditch on I-35 at the 58mm. No injuries.
