Commissioners have decided to change their meeting times in 2015 to Wednesdays instead of Mondays.

Suspect arrested in recurring Jamesport burglaries

Dillan Matthew Pratt, Trenton, was arrested Aug. 26 for multiple burglaries which occurred at the Jamesport Country Store, beginning in June and continuing through Aug. 21. He was charged with4 class C felonies of 2nd degree burglary, D felony tampering with felony prosecution, 1 felony count of theft, 2 misdemeanor counts of theft and 2 misdemeanor counts of property damage.

7:49 am – Cows out Highway B near Grundy County.

10:18 am – Vehicle parked on shoulder of northbound I-35.

12:17 pm – Daviess County Sheriff’s Office (SO) issued a warrant with charges of delivery or possession of item at a jail for Robert Burns, Jr., 34, Chillicothe. Burns was being held at the DDCRJ on Livingston County charges when warrant was issued. Bond is set at $1,000 cash.
