Search reveals drugs at rural Gallatin home

Roger Dale Hess, 48, and Celeste Spangler, 53, both of Gallatin, were each charged April 30 with class C felony possession of controlled substance, misdemeanor possession of less than 35 grams of a synthetic cannabinoid, and four counts unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.

Gallatin man faces additional charges, statutory rape

Teddy Holcomb, 53, was charged April 15 with statutory rape and violation of child protection order. He turned himself in to the sheriff’s office on April 18 to post bond on the two charges and posted 10% of a $36,000 bond.

According to the probable cause report prepared by the Gallatin Police Department, a 16-year-old juvenile described a meeting with Holcomb at his residence during a Northwest Missouri Children’s Advocacy
