Morrison Begins Summer Job at Courthouse

Bailey Morrison, 2014 Gallatin graduate, has begun a summer job in the office of Daviess County Circuit Clerk Pam Howard.

Morrison will be working under a special assistant program provided by the State of Missouri. She will be scanning documents in preparation for E-filing, which will begin in May 2015.

Elizabeth Hogan, 28, Jameson, was charged May 2 with three class C felonies of possession of controlled substance, and one misdemeanor count of drug paraphernalia. Gallatin man charged with burglary of residence

Justin J. Rainey, Gallatin, was charged April 26 with burglary second degree, class C felony. According to the probable cause statement by Gallatin Police Chief Mark Richards, Rainey entered the basement of a Gallatin residence occupied by Tony Moore at 3 a.m. and proceeded up a set of stairs where he was confronted by Mr. Moore.
