KC man charged with multiple felonies in traffic stop

Tyree J. Campbell, 22, Kansas City, Kan., was arrested March 19 in a traffic stop on southbound I-35, clocked at a speed of 94 mph. Daviess County Sheriff’s Incident Report

3-3-15

9:52 am – Livingston County has Henry Chester, 57, Chillicothe, in custody for Daviess County warrant for Probation Violation on original charges of Possession of Marijuana and Resisting Arrest, both misdemeanors. Chester will be transferred to DDCRJ. No bond has been set.

10:12 am – MSHP arrested Robert Thomas, 53, Liberty, on two FTA warrants from Maries County. The warrants were for traffic offenses. Thomas posted $550 cash bond
