Gallatin R-5 senior Chris Barnes received first place for his photograph in Best of Show at the North Central Missouri College Art Show held recently. Chris received a $350 scholarship to NCMC at Trenton.

Savannah Lee made her TV debut March 31 on KC Live, 41 Action News, modeling for Standard Style, the boutique she works at on The Plaza in Kansas City. Savannah is the daughter of Toni and David Cox of Jamesport. Savannah modeled Easter and Spring styles, wearing a white tank, white blazer and silk, floral pants.

Batson-Adams United in Marriage

Woodruff-LaBrie Wed at Woodruff Family Farm

Amy Kate Woodruff became the bride of Keith Michael LaBrie on the beautifully sunshiny Saturday afternoon of Oct. 11, 2014, at the Woodruff family farm, first homesteaded in 1856, on the western edge of Gallatin, surrounded by the love of much family and many friends. First Christian Church Minister Russ Hamilton of Gallatin officiated the front yard ceremony.
