Austin and Dustin Valenti, 3 year-old twins, were rolling around uptown in a big-wheeled wagon on Thursday, Sept. 5. The boys were being pulled in the cart by their mother Hadley Bilger. Hadley said she was originally from Pennsylvania, but now lives in town. She is a stay-at-home mother as the boys are a full-time job. The family was accompanied by a friend, Heather Myers. Lucille Foster Turns 100

Bob Snidow Birthday Celebration

 

A birthday celebration took place at the Daviess County Nursing and Rehab on Thursday, Aug. 29. Bob has turned 80. He grew up on a farm six miles east of Jamesport. He later worked at the Bank of Gallatin, now BTC, and was president for many years. Bob’s birthday cake depicted a farm with a John Deere tractor, his favorite model. McNeely Reunion

The 2013 McNeely reunion was held Saturday, Aug. 17, at the Jameson Park. Henry’s father, Samuel, purchased land from the government three miles north of Jameson in 1855. Henry bought this land from his father in 1868 and moved to Daviess County, Jameson area, in 1872 from Indiana.
