Their life has included many years of farming, custom cutting, and over-the-road trucking. The couple grew up in the Pattonsburg area. They later spent many years in Sheldon before moving to Scott City, Kan., in 1967. In 1974, they moved to Hays, Kan.,

Maloneys Celebrate 50th Anniversary

Larry and Barbara (Sweany) Maloney will celebrate their 50th anniversary. They were married in Pattonsburg on Nov. 28, 1964. Roger and Cindy Barker of Altamont, with Nathan and Terry Silver of Maysville, proudly announce the engagement and upcoming marriage of their children, Hannah Kay Barker and Joshua Aaron Silver.
