Net $80 per 1,000 copies distributed. Size and weight restrictions apply. Please inquire for further details.
$7 per week for up to 25 words, 20 cents per word thereafter. If classified is placed by 5 p.m. Fridays, your message will be printed in the Gallatin North Missourian (1,700 copies), Ad Zone (20,000 copies), and the Tri-County Weekly of Jamesport (1,500 copies), and appear online. For an additional $5 per week, your ad will also be printed in the Green Hills Weekly Shopper at Trenton (13,000 copies).

Public Notices: 20 cents per word
A 50-cent discount per classified ad insertion is offered if cash or check payment is made in advance. Rates are subject to change without notice.
Print edition photos of local (Daviess County) residents are free of charge, as are photos of Armed Forces. Charges may apply to baby pictures, non-local wedding pictures, and other submitted photos at $5 for a 1-column wide photo; regular display rate may apply on larger photos.
Ad Agency Commission:
15% of gross billing on space, color and position to recognized agencies who guarantee payment and provide camera-ready copy delivered pre-paid to publisher’s office. In the event of non-payment, publisher reserves the right to hold the advertiser and its agency jointly and severally liable for such monies as are due and payable to the publisher.
TERMS: All advertising is invoiced at the end of the month, net due 30 days. All advertising is subject to publisher’s approval. The publisher reserves the right to refuse any advertising for online or for print. Advertisers who do not have an existing and current account with Gallatin Publishing Company are required to make prepayment, either by check or credit card.
Publisher will not be liable for loss or damage of printing or materials furnished by advertiser. Publisher will not be liable for omissions or errors in materials provided by advertiser.
Publisher reserves the right to alter any materials received at variance with mechanical or software requirements. Alterations will be billed at actual cost.
All advertisements are accepted and published by publisher on the representation of the agency and/or advertiser that both are authorized to publish the entire contents and subject matter of the advertisement and that the advertisements do not infringe upon any copyright or trademark.
If any advertising is, for any reason, not published or is published incorrectly, publisher’s maximum liability to advertiser shall not exceed the amount advertiser has actually paid to publisher for such advertisement. Without limiting the foregoing, publisher shall not be liable to advertiser for consequential, incidental, special or exemplary damages, including without limitation, loss of profits or revenues, even if publisher has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
