Accident sends two to hospital, McFall man arrested, charged

Robert Ellis, 30, McFall, was arrested by Trooper A.D. Martin after a one-vehicle rollover accident on I-35. The vehicle was a stolen 2000 Ford Explorer belonging to Bill Clemmons of Albany.

Ellis and a female occupant, Nacole Jones, were both ejected. Each claimed that the other was driving. Just hours before the crash, both were patrons at the bar from which the vehicle was stolen.
