Jamesport Principal Charged with Forgery

Bryan McArthur of Trenton, Tri-County R-7 High School principal, was charged April 22 with three felonies, one count of forgery and two counts of conspiracy to commit forgery, due to an incident that occurred Feb. 28 at the school.

DNR Approves Construction of New Water Plant

City Administrator Johnson announced that the Department of Natural Resources has finally approved a project construction permit for the new water plant. He is hoping that the project will go to bid this year. Mr. Johnson is also getting bids on hot mix projects for the streets this summer.

Volleyball Sign-Up

Gallatin volleyball will start in June, and games will be on Saturdays. Sign-up forms are now available at Gallatin City Hall, or email [email protected] and ask for a form.

Coed volleyball leagues will be available for youth ages 13 to 16 and adult leagues 17 and up.

Phillip Esposito’s Ship Came In

Wish granted for Carnival Cruise

For Gallatin youth Phillip Esposito nothing could beat the formal evening dinners served in a gourmet dual-level dining room aboard a luxury yacht floating along the Southern Caribbean.

“Phillip loved being catered to,” said his mother Tiffony. “He was allowed to eat as much shrimp, lobster tail, and steak as he wanted.”

That was just one sampling of the fun served up to the 15-year-old.
