Mildred E. Ayers 1917-2013

Mildred (Millie) E. Ayers, 96, Hamilton, passed away on Dec. 24, 2013, at the Hillcrest Manor Nursing Home, Hamilton.

Millie was born on Sept. 2, 1917, near Kimberly, Minn., to John and Emma Johnson Nelson. She attended high school in Aitkin, Minn., and did her teacher training at Crosby, Minn. She taught elementary school in many rural schools in Minnesota for seven years, she had been employed by Lockheed Aircraft
