Missouri Community Betterment Regional Meetings

Any community or neighborhood that has a community betterment organization or would like to start an organization is invited to attend a Missouri Community Betterment regional meeting that best fits their schedule. The closest meeting in our area is at Trenton on Wednesday, April 10. The meeting will be held at the First Christian Church, 1700 Princeton Road, and will be hosted by Green Hills Regional Planning Commission. Registration begins

Kander Announces Missouri Marriage Record Indexing Project

Missouri Secretary of State Jason Kander has announced that the Missouri State Archives is working in conjunction with Family Search to create a free index of more than three million of the state’s marriage records, from the territorial period through Dec. 31, 1969.
