Outrage Over Dead, Dying Horses Near Kidder

KIDDER, MO — Some Kidder residents are outraged over neglected horses, and are funneling their upset into Facebook posts and contact with animal rights organizations. The Caldwell County Sheriff’s office is also investigating the condition of several horses that appear emaciated and/or sick and injured at a farm located in the rural area.
