LATHROP, MO — Businessmen Don Fotheringhame and Owen Rogers have purchased the 25,000-sq ft building previously housing the Lathrop Health Facility. Renovations are planned to customize the facility for a growing video transfer and document scanning business. Office space in the remodeled building will also be for lease. Key to development is the telecom technology that Lathrop Telephone is introducing into the community which should help make an office complex
