KING CITY, MO — Albert Muff, municipal water superintendent at King City, reports the use of powdered activated carbon at the water plant. City workers have opened hydrants around town to flush the lines and, hopefully as the old water gets through the lines, the taste will improve. If an improvement is shown, the city will have to decide whether to purchase a tank, mixer, and pump to keep feeding
