Lady Bulldogs Can’t Cope with Panther Sisters in GRC Loss

Polo Panther sisters Sidney and Sammi Copeland combined for 42 points to lead their team to a hard-fought 62-53 win over Gallatin Tuesday night at Polo High School.

Sammi, a six-foot senior, wreaked havoc under the basket, finishing with 26 points for the Lady Panthers, who remained in the GRC driver’s seat with the victory. Sidney cashed in her all-around play for 16 points.

Sara Lin forces a jump ball with Polo's Avery Snodgrass as GHS teammates Kylie Collins, Bailey Maxwell and Kailey Salmon close in on the play.
