KCP&L was recognized by PA Consulting Group as the recipient of the prestigious 2012 ReliabilityOne™ Award in the Plains Region. In Daviess County KCP&L serves customers in the eastern portion of the county.

The ReliabilityOne™ Award is given annually to the utilities that have achieved outstanding reliability performance and have excelled in delivering reliable electric service to their customers.

This is the sixth year in a row KCP&L has received
