Tax Commission questions assessments after random sample

GRUNDY COUNTY — The Missouri State Tax Commission recently found through a random sample that assessed valuations applied to properties in Grundy County were out of tolerance. Approximately 30 residential properties were found with assessed valuations too low, based on the state commission’s valuations.
