Drought prompts building to collapse at Kingston

KINGSTON, MO — A large brick building on the southwest corner of the square in Kingston collapsed on the evening of Sunday, Aug. 26, 2012, resulting in the temporary closing of Highway 13 and forcing motorists to detour around debris.
