The Missouri Department of Transportation has announced Route CC in Daviess County has been scheduled to close for a culvert replacement Thursday, June 28 (weather permitting).
MoDOT crews will be closing Route CC between Quick Avenue and Quartz Avenue at 7 a.m. that morning. All work should be completed by noon the same day.
The following is a listing of general highway maintenance and construction work in Daviess County for the week of June 18-22 from the Missouri Department of Transportation: I-35 – Southbound off-ramp 84 mile marker ( truck parking area near Coffey); narrowed lane for culvert replacement, June 25; Route K – From Cedar Avenue to Beacon Avenue; culvert replacement, June 26; Gilman City – East 400 Street (Harrison County line) from Route K to South Gilbert Avenue; culvert replacement, June 27; Route J – Closed at the Dog Creek Bridge; Safe & Sound Bridge Project; Route J – Closed at the Marrowbone Creek Bridge; Safe & Sound Bridge Project
Weather conditions may cause postponements in planned work schedules. Other construction or maintenance work may occur on other roadways throughout the area. Many projects will include lane closures, and delays can be expected. MoDOT reminds the public to buckle up, slow down, and drive with extreme caution through work zones.
