Pattonsburg Courtwarming activities for “This Friday Night”

Pattonsburg R-2 Courtwarming activities will be held the week of Feb. 13-17.

The dance will beheld on Friday, Feb. 17, after the game against Grundy County. The theme is "This Friday Night."

The dress up days will be Monday: Pajama/Hat Day; Tuesday: Opposite Gender Day; Wednesday: Era Day; Thursday: Twin Day; Friday: Green and White Day.

Learning Time Preschool performs program

Learning Time Preschool presented their annual Christmas Program on Wednesday, Dec. 21, at the First Christian Church in Gallatin. Pattonsburg orders Medeiros to vacate

The Pattonsburg Board of Aldermen voted during their Dec. 14 meeting to submit a letter to Mary and Stan Medeiros to vacate the premises of the factory building in Pattonsburg, due to failure to comply with the lease agreement.

The Medeiros leased the "cap factory" building in the summer of 2011. They said they planned to house a manufacturing business in the building and make rebar for bridges.

FEC sponsors 49th annual essay contest to Washington, D.C., C.Y.C.L.E.

Sophomores and juniors from 26 area high schools will have the opportunity to win all-expense paid trips this summer.
