Plant damage in cold weather, part two

In my last column, I discussed a few common types of injury associated with winter, including ice storm damage, sunscald, and the loss of flower buds. This week, I will give some examples of low temperature injury for specific plants.

When accessing the amount of damage that has been done by cold weather, several factors come into play. One is the temperature itself.
