Start your diet with veggie and fruit basics

March is National Nutrition Month® and this year’s theme is "Nutrition from the Ground Up." The American Dietetic Association, sponsor of National Nutrition Month,® recommends starting with the basics and that means eating plenty of vegetables and fruits every day! They have some great tips for fitting them in and making the most of them.
