DAR holds annual “President’s Tea” to recognize area students as good citizens, essay winners
The Gallatin Chapter Daughters of the American Revolution held its annual "President’s Tea" on Feb. 10, in the fellowship hall of the First Baptist Church in Gallatin.
Mary Lee Froman-Ellis, chapter regent, welcomed the good citizens, American history essay winners and their proud parents, teachers, counselors and friends.
The invocation was given by Chapter Chaplain Lucille Bruce, followed by the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag of the United States
