Daviess County Courthouse News (1-20-2010) – Gallatin man charged with felonies after incident involving minors

John J. Moreno, 23, Gallatin, was charged Jan. 17 with felony statutory sodomy, two counts of felony tampering with a victim in a felony prosecution, misdemeanor endangering the welfare of a child, and three misdemeanor counts of supplying liquor to a minor. Moreno allegedly supplied alcohol to three minors at 405 S. Daviess Street in Gallatin on Jan. 17. According to the probable cause report made by Craig

A memorial service for Iva Hillyard was held Tuesday, Jan. 19, 2010, at Union Star First Baptist Church, Union Star. Mrs. Hillyard has been cremated under the direction of Heaton-Bowman-Smith & Sidenfaden Chapel. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to King City Manor or to Union Star First Baptist Church.
