John J. Moreno, 23, Gallatin, was charged Jan. 17 with felony statutory sodomy, two counts of felony tampering with a victim in a felony prosecution, misdemeanor endangering the welfare of a child, and three misdemeanor counts of supplying liquor to a minor.
