On Oct. 23, Dale Ray Curtis, 19, Gallatin, was charged with felony burglary and assault, as well as misdemeanor counts of harassment (2), trespassing first degree, property damage second degree and assault third degree.. His brother, Kyle Curtis, 17, Gallatin, was charged with misdemeanor harassment, trespassing and minor in possession.

Aileen Barry 1918-2009

Graveside services for Aileen Barry were held Oct. 24, at Rosehill Cemetery in Breckenridge. Arrangements were by Pitts Funeral Home in Breckenridge.

Sally Sparks-Rogers, a teacher at Gallatin R-5 High School, ran in the 34th Annual Marine Corp Marathon held in Arlington, Va., on Oct. 25.

Hello.

We would like to tell everyone about the exciting events that are happening here at Daviess County Nursing and Rehab.

Friday, Oct. 30, is our resident’s Halloween party at 2 p.m. Everyone is welcome to attend.

Nov. 5 we will be hosting our first community bingo session for seniors. Prizes will be given for each "bingo" and refreshments will be served from 2-3 p.m.
