Philip Courter receives master’s

Philip Charles Courter, son of Max and Joyce Courter of Coffey, participated in commencement ceremonies at William Woods University on Aug. 1, receiving a Master of Education degree with an emphasis in Athletic Administration.

Philip graduated from North Daviess High School in 1997. He attended Missouri Western State University and received a Bachelor of Education with a major in history in 2001. Philip is currently teaching social studies and coaching
