Corn, soybeans and wheat are good cash crops, but imagine a crop that’s easy to grow, requires little water, thrives in adverse conditions, replants itself and flourishes in spite of weeds. On top of that, all parts of this plant can be marketed – the flowers, leaves and roots. But wait, there is more.
