James Brostrom, 49, Overland Park, Kan., was arrested Aug. 26 for possession of a firearm while intoxicated, class D felony, and receiving stolen property, class A misdemeanor. County Commission

James Lewis, bridge supervisor, reported that tube replacement continues in Lincoln Township and that they are waiting on steel for a bridge in Jefferson Township.

Mary Tuttle

Funeral services for Mary Tuttle will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 31, at McWilliams Funeral Home in Gallatin. Visitation is one hour prior to the service. Inurnment will be held at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made to the Gallatin Booster Club or the Alzheimer’s Association.

Opal Peugh

Funeral services for Opal Peugh will be held at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 31, at Roberson Funeral Home in Bethany. Burial will be at Miriam Cemetery, Bethany. The family will receive friends from 6 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home where friends may call after 4 p.m. Wednesday.
