The following are traffic cases which were heard in the Associate Division of the Circuit Court of Daviess County involving a plea of guilty without contest and payment by mail of the standard fine plus court costs. The total fines assessed for defendants who reside outside of Missouri was $2,606.50 for 23 tickets. The total fines assessed for defendants who reside in Missouri was $1,297.50 for 15 cases. Jimmy E. Easley of Hamilton reported Sept. 21 that three ATVs had been stolen from the basement of his house. Subject(s) gained entry by cutting a fence and removing a padlock.
Robin Shawn Williams, 35, Altamont, was arrested Sept. 23 on a Georgia felony warrant for burglary and numerous traffic offenses. He signed a waiver of extradition and is being held at Midwest Security Housing until returning to Georgia.
Criminal cases filed: State of Missouri vs. David W. Gust, operating motor vehicle without license, class D felony; State vs. Roy M.
