Cash box containing over $3,000 stolen at Winston Speedway Saturday

A cash box containing between $3,000 and $4,000 was stolen Saturday night from the Winston Speedway between 10 and 11 p.m., when a white male subject wearing a black baseball cap, black long sleeve shirt and dark pants ran up to the open General Admission window, grabbed the cash box, and escaped into the parking lot. He was not seen again.

Christin Cheyann Burns

Aubrey Nichole and Brantley Nevin would like to announce the birth of their little sister, Christin Cheyann Burns.

 Christin was born at 8:25 on July 17, at Heartland Medical Center. She weighed 6 pounds, 10 ounces, and was 19 inches long.
