Throughout this period the Board of Directors and staff have remained resolute in the belief that the eventual outcome would confirm the removal of Johns and Stottlemyre taken by the board

Former Green Hills officials plead guilty to public corruption indictment

A Trenton man and woman who formerly served as officials with the Green Hills Regional Planning Commission have entered pleas to federal charges that companies they operated and controlled received more than $400,000 in unauthorized loans.

Traffic Fines

The following are traffic cases which were heard in the Associate Division of the Circuit Court of Daviess County involving a plea of guilty without contest and payment by mail of the standard fine plus courts costs.
